PLEASE read the following return policies BEFORE requesting an RA: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ If the item you are returning is defective, upon inspection by CabanaPro.com / Harborside Color, we will issue a replacement or refund. Final disposition is the decision of CabanaPro.com / Harborside Color. Please make sure all items that were included with the defective product are returned, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), UPC and/or Serial Number labels and accessories. Please note that we cannot issue a replacement or refund without these items. - If you are returning an item because you are not satisfied with the product style, color, functionality, or other product attributes, or you just changed your mind, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. Please remember that items must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Items that have been used, have opened packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards and manuals, missing UPC/barcodes, or in a condition that would not be acceptable for resale will not be accepted. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable including return shipping charges.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, the fastest and easiest way is to use our Online Return Authorization Form. Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Packages without RA numbers will be refused. If you refuse delivery of your order without our prior agreement, you will be billed "round trip" shipping charges, which will be deducted from any refund we agree to provide.
Some items are not eligible for return. Most products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). In such cases, the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.
All Return Authorizations expire 14 days after notification and will not be accepted after that.
Return Procedures Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Please ship your parcel back to Harborside Color freight prepaid. CabanaPro.com / Harborside Color suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, CabanaPro.com / Harborside Color cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
